Refunds

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please contact us at accounts@amt.edu.au

The Australian Mathematics Trust abides by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Any personal, sensitive or confidential information collected from students and AMT members is treated according to this policy.

We will only use or disclose this information for the purposes for which it was collected and will not disclose this information without consent from the relevant individual (parent/guardian), if the disclosure is related to the purpose for which it was collected or if required to do so by law.

Bookshop Prices & Payment

Prices
All catalogue prices are in Australian dollars $AUD. All orders within Australia incur in GST.

Payment
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard. You may also email your order, with credit card payment details, to publications@amt.edu.au. Payment is in Australian dollars. A Tax Invoice Receipt will be included with your order.

Returns
Customers may return books and past papers for exchange or refund immediately after purchase, provided they are in new condition and are suitable for resale. The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.

Shipping policy

Freight and Postage Charges
Digital downloads are not subject to shipping charges. For all physical products, the calculation of all postage charges is based on the shipping address and weight. All orders will be sent to the shipping address nominated by you during the ordering process.

Orders for delivery within Australia are charged postage and handling of $AUD 10.00.

Orders for delivery outside Australia are charged postage and handling of $AUD 30.00. These charges are automatically calculated and separately itemised at check out before you enter your credit card details. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please contact our office if you require overnight or courier delivery. (Further freight charges will apply). All overseas orders are sent by airmail.

Please allow 14 days for delivery, more for international orders.
